✨ Testimonials
“I’ve been taking lessons with Sydney for over a year and highly recommend her. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and has helped me grow as a vocalist. She’s built up my confidence. Last year I could barely sing in front of a friend without being embarrassed, and now I’m singing lead vocals on several songs in my cover band where I play keyboard. Learning to sing can feel vulnerable, but Sydney is kind and you can trust her to lift you up!”
- Brenda O.“Sydney is an amazing vocal coach! After my many years of being out of practice, she has helped me rediscover my voice in new and exciting ways. Her coaching style is flexible, adventurous, encouraging, and fun. She's trained me in a variety of musical styles, and is so knowledgeable. She intuitively hones in on the specific areas to adjust for a fuller, richer, more resonant sound. Working with her has been such a joy and has helped me fall in love with singing all over again.”
- Jess O.“When I first started lessons with Sydney almost three years ago, I was an amateur violinist and a glorified shower singer with a very limited understanding of how to create the vocal sound I wanted to. Sydney's educational approach is solidly grounded in vocal anatomy, which I find so helpful and effective. Her teaching style is compassionate and supportive. I have a demanding job and am a hobby singer, and Sydney is always ready to make the most of the time and energy I have. During lessons, she strikes the perfect balance between drilling tailored warm-up exercises, listening to me sing, and providing direct notes that are incredibly effective at shifting my headspace and vocal anatomy to achieve my goals. I've learned and grown so much with Sydney and look forward to continuing my journey with her.”
- Molly C."It's a joy working with Sydney! She ensures that we cover the fundamentals, while also being flexible and letting me pick genres and songs I'm passionate about. Her feedback is always encouraging and actionable, and I can already tell how much progress I've made in the time I've worked with her. I'd highly recommend her to other singers!"
